I've been following your posts si...Great post! I've been following your posts since you switched to time restricted fasting, as I just can't do 4:3 or even 5:2 anymore. I feel so much better physically doing this form of fasting - any weight loss is just icing on the cake. Please continue to tell us how you're doing with your daily fasting.
